Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Daily Bread is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Daily Bread is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Daily Bread primarily ships within the United States.
